Skills USA
Skills USA (formerly known as Vocational Industrial Clubs of America) is a leadership training program that prepares our students to become leaders in business such as forepersons, supervisors and managers. This national organization encourages our students to step forward and take a leadership role. The curriculum was developed and is supported by educators, business and industry leaders as well as all five branches of the military. Skills USA also allows our students to showcase their skills in their individual programs/shops. Students are eligible to compete with other vocational students at District, State and National level. Participation in this program allows students to be eligible for many scholarships from colleges and universities which support post-secondary Skills USA chapters as an integral part of their program.
